The Thin Lizzy Experience formed in the Christmas of 2007 when friends Simon Kaviani (Vocals/Bass) and Chris Gill (Guitar/Vocals) randomly bumped into a long-haired rocker at a Black Sabbath concert, who was sporting a huge tattoo of Phil Lynott on his right arm. Simon went over to congratulate him on his awesome tattoo and taste in music and after the man introduced himself as John Rodgers (Guitar/Vocals), the three got talking about forming a Thin Lizzy tribute band and with the addition of drummer Chris Reynolds, The Thin Lizzy Experience was born.

Buy Tickets Online CAVE PAINTING tip toed into people's ears with an online free download called 'Leaf' and a much talked about debut gig at the tiny Social in London earlier this year.
The ripple effect spread when they streamed a demo of 'Midnight Love' along with a stunning 1 minute promo clip of the same name. Bloggers blogged, labels talked, and by the time cave Painting played their second show at Proud Galleries they were signed to Hideout Records on a major long term deal.
By the time they played their third London show, opening for Kyla La Grange ot The Lexington their third streamed demo 'So Calm' was attracting even greater attention.

Festival of New Playwriting

Main theatreFestival of New Playwriting
The Festival of New Playwriting provides a showcase for new plays by playwrights from Herts, Beds and Bucks. The plays will be performed on the Main Stage at the Abbey Theatre. The plays and productions will be judged by independent adjudicator Philip Osment.

Philip is a writer, director and actor. His plays include The Dearly Beloved, What I Did in the Holidays and Flesh and Blood. He is a special writer because not only can he write, he also generously shares the secrets of his craft.

Awards for the best play and production will be presented on the final night.

The Horn will be teaming up with Grove House to raise money for the charity. All proceeds on the night will go towards Grove House.   Headlining we have THE NEW ORIGINALS who carry a big 60s theme, and are going down a storm everywhere! The band members have all played in popular local original bands such as The Fullertons/Camel One and Langley Road/Swing Youth. They have already had original members of sixties acts such as Hermans Hermits and The Tornadoes come to see them play and a gig doesnt go by without a comparison of our drummer to Keith Moon.
